Check On-Trak website for detailed specs on this PSD Module, model #PSM 2-20 (uses the 2L20SP 2D detector). Huge for a PSD - 20 x 20mm. On-Trak's second-largest. I used this very device (along with with On-Trak's OT 301 Amplifier, which this plugs directly into) to measure HeNe laser beam position with an accuracy of several microns across the detector.
