We have neither the technology nor the knowledge to extensively test most of the equipment we receive.

Everything is packed carefully by experienced staff.
AS RESPONSIBLE RECYCLERS, WE MAY REUSE MATERIAL such as boxes and packing materials, and always assure your purchase is protected.
Typical individual item packing policy is to cover/wrap item in protective plastic (or static barrier, as appropriate) prior to placing in packing material (some items are placed into protective sleeves - not all items are packaged separately) with a foam/peanut barrier surrounding the item on all sides (as per standard packing guidelines).
Fragile/heavy/high value units are given additional care, as appropriate.
