Richmond 30-36 boring machine.
Machine has Perkins diesel engine.
There seems to be an issue with the starter. It seems to grind when the machine is trying to be started.
Everything should work and operate fine.
Machine comes with 2 sections of 20' track.
No bits are with this machine.
