1. Excellent/New Item has not been used. May or may not come in original packaging.
2. Great Shows very minor signs of use. May have light blemishes and scratches.
3. Good Shows signs of regular use. Has normal signs of blemishes, scratches, etc.
4. Poor Shows signs of heavy use. Unit has very noticeable blemishes and the unit may have some damage.
Returns for items considered "new" are subject to a 50% restocking fee if it has been opened and tested. The fee is applied because the item is no longer considered new if open and tested.
