A some years ago I purchased this brand new Roland FJ-42 from authorized dealer in San Diego for $12,950 (retail price was $15,950), and 5 rolls of artistic Roland canvas for $1,800 for my ex-wife, who was digital artist.
This Rolland was "turned on" only ONE time when it was delivered to us from the dealer. At that time I asked technician to run a few test images on canvas for us using Roland's software and "Photoshop". Then, due to divorce situation, I spend a few years living in Europe and printer was just sitting in my house.
I m looking to sell this superior quality printer with 5 rolls of canvas to someone who knows what it is and how to use it.
Roland comes with all original documents, original Color Choice software, print server software, and Windows operating system. This Roland is designed to work with both, Windows and Mac. My price also includes artistic canvas (5 rolls of ROLAND PCM-pc10-35-42 Artist Canvas (10oz) Certified with Roland Piezo inks).
The beauty of this HI-FI Jet wide format Roland printer is that you get top quality fine art reproductions, faithful color rendering and mural size output. You can print at an incredible 1440 dpi resolution or less dpi if you wish. This HI-FI Jet printer uses six colors instead of four to reproduce color images which dramatically increases the intensity, realism, and accuracy of color prints. The unique combination of high-resolution and six color printing produces richer shadows, smoother skin tones, and razor sharp details.
