This is a self-contained grease, lube oil, motor oil and air supply servicing unit. The package consists of a gas powered air compressor, one engine oil pump and tank, a gear oil pump and tank, a grease pump and tank, and five retractable hose reels and nozzles. All of this is mounted on a skid that is mounted on a trailer (call us if you do not want the trailer).
This unit was reconditioned in 1991, and then reconditioned again more recently and was not fully assembled. The pumps, tank, and overhead frame need to be mounted. The air supply lines need to be run to the three pumps. The grease and oil delivery lines also need to be run from the pumps to the hose reels. The tank needs to be painted as well. We have a unit that is complete and using it as an example everything looks very straight forward.
The package can be removed from the trailer and installed in the back of a pickup or other vehicle. The trailer brake lines and components need to be installed. Unit seems complete otherwise. This unit would be perfect to maintain fleet vehicles or equipment out in the field. We are also offering a unit that is fully assembled, and also parting one unit out.
