There is a tray over the heater area to fill with water to add humidity. This is ready to go and works great! Data tag gone. NSF approved and 120 volts. Heats to 220 degrees. It has an adjustable temperature dial. It is on casters. The handles were messed up so I installed some after market latches. 26 wide, 33 deep and 70 high.
