This unit tests in liters. Large dial 0-3 liters.
Middle small dial x300 liters.
On the top of the dial it says hourly rate by 1 minute observations inside a meter mark labeled from 0-180.
There is a level on top that works. Unit works.
Cover not included. Glass is in great condition.
