Tektronix parts reference cataloged titled - "Semiconductors (cc) Common Design Parts Catalog." Published by Tekronix in Oct 1982, this has information on parts still used all the way up to 1990+. This is a very valuable resource for translating a Tek part number to a regular part number. Pin outs for many of the devices are shown. Device specs/dwgs for all parts starting with pt no's 150-xxxx-0x, 151-xxxx-0x, 152-xxxx-0x, 153-xxxx-0x, 156-xxxx-0x, 160-xxxx-0x, 214-xxxx-0x, 307-xxxx-0x, 352-xxxx-0x. Book also has reference data for Tek's part numbering system. Everything in silicon that they used, plus warnings and update / upgrade suggestions. - manual is 344 pages on a PDF file. PDF file will be on a CDR with the Acrobat Reader version 5.0.
This data book has data and cross-reference FROM Tek part numbers TO Generic actual JEDEC part numbers and REVERSE. There are also hints and tips for designing with various devices. Tradeoffs, preferred parts and obsoletes are listed too. One of my own favorite things about this is the info on Tek-made parts.
