OMG! THIS IS FABULOUS . IT IS A 1940'S FASHION DOLL OR DISPLAY MANNEQUIN THAT HAS A NICE FRENCH LOOK TO IT .
This fashion doll is a little on the shabby side, with some hairline cracks and crackling. It also looks like her two feet were broken off and repaired, as I show. It is made of composition and is about 15 1/2" tall. I was told that this was from the 1930's or early 1940's. She is standing in a nice pose and has a pretty hand painted face. She is not free standing, so you will need a doll stand for her or lean her against something, or stand her in something. There is some chippiness, crackling, hairline surface cracks and some minor stains. At her ankles, you can see a little glue and see where her feet were re attached at one time. I show how elegant she looks with some old lace and a crown. Sorry, the lace, doll stand and little crown are not included. This would add such an elegant touch to your vanity, or mixed with your collection of tiaras and crowns, busts, vintage statues or other like items. Perfect anywhere in your home with any shabby chic, French country or romantic cottage decor.
Measurements are about 151/2" tall by about 4" wide at her shoulders.
