Advanced energy ae multifunction rf match 3156035-100A
This RF Match is rated for 900 W at 350 kHz 300V.
There are 2 C Type connectors one for RF IN and one labeled RF Out, Only the RF IN is connected. There is also a 25 pin male d-sub I/O connector and Interlock connector.
Tested at 500kHz(lower limit of my impedance testing) and found impedance to be 95-j66 ohms. So it looks like the impedance is around 105-j69 ohms at 350kHz.
