MKS Type 121 capacitance manometer has a high temperature sensor operated at ambient or any temperature to its maximum of 150 deg. C. This is particularly useful when measuring pressures of vaporos contaminating materials. The 121's sensor and alaectronics are housed separately and connected by an 8-foot cable, allowing the electronics to be mounted away from the hot zone during operation and bakeout.
