By combining different organic compounds, learners are able to synthetically create pleasant smelling aromas. The experiments specifically focus on the formation of five esters. Molecular models are also included so students can construct the formulas in 3-D. Kit contains: enough materials for 50 students, Teacher's Guide and reproducible student worksheets, and MSDS.
