This item came from a failed bank's storage warehouse. We opened the unit up and tested it to verify that it is new, completely functional, includes all the accessories, and to see what UPRGADES are installed. It has a page count of 78 only because we tested it. We used a spare ink cartridge, so the included original ink cartridge is still sealed. Panini has numerous versions of the same scanner with each version being a license upgrade. This scanner is upgraded and therefore more valuable than many of the scanners you'll find on the market.
