3-piece motor flex gear coupling 5/16 for cnc router
3-piece Motor Flex Coupling - 5/16 Bore - Gear Type
This item is commonly used to couple electric motors and stepper motors to industrial equipment, such as smaller-sized CNC machinery. The clamp-on design allows for easy installation and hi torque capacity and will not damage the shaft like set screws. The flexible coupling allows for shaft misalignment due to the motor mounting. These are ideal for a home-built CNC mill or router. The dimensions are listed below:
Each item is ONE (1) coupling consisting of two steel ends, and one rubber center section.
Overall Length (assembled) - 1.5 inches
Outside Diameter (rubber coupler) - 1.13 inches
Flat is approximately 0.275 inch wide.
Material - Steel ends, and molded stiff rubber coupler
There is no backlash that I can feel in these couplers!
These couplings are new-old-stock.
