Brand new, unused. They will operate from 5 volts (at reduced output) to 12 volts. From what I have found: these pumps put out approximately: .75lpm flow, 4-500 mbars vacuum & .5 bar pressure. If you're looking at these, you probably know more about them than i do...............
The weight of 1 pump on my digital postal scale is 52 grams. Very High Quality little pumps, obviously built to last.
