International rectifier mosfet IRFK4H250+ 108A 200V (2)
These are conservatively rated 200V and 108A continuous maximum at room temperature but will withstand surges up to 432A! When properly attached to a good heatsink, they are rated to dissipate up to 500W each! On resistance is an ultra-low 21 milli-ohms! My Dad says "The more I talk about these monster parts, the less I want to sell them!" He's always thinking about building something. Getting out all these old parts he's had in his lab has really made him come to life and has brought back a lot of memories for him but, as I keep reminding him, we really do need to sell these precious things. He reluctantly agrees, like a prize race-horse being "put out to pasture". It really does break his heart a bit to have to give up "the lab", but he's being a good sport about it and helping me out a lot on writing these descriptions. I've learned a lot.
