* These cathodes were used on Varian Model 3120, 3125 and 3140 sputtering systems
* These cathodes were designed to be internally mounted in the high vacuum chamber and have a 2.75" Con Flat Flange CFF to run power and water...etc
* Cathodes have built in shutter design
* One of the cathodes is missing the shutter paddle and also the small OFHC copper target center clamp (shown in separate photo) , but since we are selling these as a pair/set, the missing parts can easily be fabricated from the existing ones.
