Now is the time to pick up an a/c unit before summer hits. This is a 5 ton package unit that blows cold, really cold air it chilled a 3000 sq. ft. Coils are in good shape. This can be side mounted or roof mounted. The a/c charge is good and certified by a local ac company ( I can give you the name and you talk to him he did all my service work and checked the units out for me yearly) It keep the ware house in the middle of summer in Florida to nice working tempters. It is also good because it takes the humidity out of the air which is horrible for you tools. I ran a metal fabrication shop and used a 4 ton and a 5 ton a/c unit to cool 5000 sq ft. I grantee this unit not to be DOA and give many years of service. I am getting out of the family business so I am selling off what is mine and going a different path. Best of luck to you!
