This listing is for a used Glaser Tube Bow (Bend) Sanding / Grinding Machine.
The Glaser Tube Bow Grinding machine is suitable for sanding/grinding straight as well as bent tubes......either round or eliptical tubing.The tubes are ground by means of 2 grinding/sanding belts rotating around the tube.This system guarantees that the entire surface of the working part will be sanded/ground.
The sanding/grinding finish reflects the grain size of the belt used.The tube finish can be varied greatly by using belts with grain sizes ranging from 40 grit (coarse) to 800 grit (fine).
This machine can be used for either wet or dry sanding. It has a coolant pump on it that circulates water on your part for wet sanding.
This Tube sanding/grinding machine was manufactured in Germany by the Glaser Company.
I purchased this machine around 2002. We only used it for aprox. 6 months. It is in excellent condition. This is a very low hour machine.
