New weston 20 lb. vertical sausage stuffer ss cylinder
This heavy duty vertical sausage stuffer is equipped with a stainless steel cylinder which tilts out for easy loading. The vertical design is great if you have limited counter space. There are two speeds: a low speed for stuffing and a high speed for removing the plunger for fast refills. The Weston 20 lb. stuffer also features a nylon piston with an air release valve in the plunger which minimizes air bubbles in your sausage. The unique piston design seals off tightly against the cylinder (plunger) to keep meat from entering. An additional feature is the "Smart Plunger" which is a self aligning plunger that guarantees optimal meat flow during the stuffing process. The Weston 20 lb. stuffer also offers a concave plunger design which allows it to fully vacate all the meat from the cylinder to ensure full use of the meat. The Weston 20 lb. stuffer also includes a safety spring mechanism which is designed to prevent damage to the stuffer by eliminating pressure forced onto the cylinder when the plunger is at the bottom position. It is also spring loaded so that the valve will close when in operation and reopen to release air. This feature drastically reduces any air pockets that could enter in the casing while stuffing. Rubber legs help to prevent slipping. Comes with 4 bayonet style funnels.
