Ice builder with compressor
Girton ice builder with compressor includes sanitary plate heat exchanger. Model #IC3106 Serial #89053101. Over 20 years old in good working condition. It was used for chilling hot gravy from 180 degrees to 50 degrees. Replaced this equipment as a result of an upgrade and have no further use for it.
