Ultramatic vibratory deburring machine 7CF w/extras
This is a used Utramatic brand vibratory or deburring machine Model SVB 7. This is a complete unit, has the vibratory bowl, recovery tank for fluid, pump, and factory electrical control box. This is a 220 volt, single phase unit. This can virtually be used anywhere there is 220 volt outlets. This also comes with 2 drums of solvent, 4 boxes of NEW media and 4 buckets of used media. Also included are the factory blue prints, electrical schematics, repair info etc. a file folder full of factory info.
This was made by Ultramatic Equipment Co. out of Scottsdale, AZ.
Some of the specs are: 7 cubic foot unit, 5 hp motor. Bowl dimensions are 44" across, 43" floor to top of bowl. Spiral design bowl is lined with seamless 79d polyurethane lining. Flat bottom contour and unique vibrato design make the VB series ideal for general deburring on parts with critical tolerances to delicate finishing of jewelry castings.
