Cooked on two times for seasoning.. It is ready for you to cook on it.. The Trailer is made out of 2" channel. The trailer measures 4'x 5.5'. The trailer also has lights and a bulldog jack. The grill has two pull out racks, The top inside pull-out rack measures 12x50.5", and the bottom inside pull-out rack measures 23X50.5". It has a work table that measures 53x10". It has 2 doors on the front and has a 3in. temp gage. Has a 6x6 clean out. Made for easy cleaning. This unit also has a storage box that measures 12x18x31".
