I have found that I should send some packages outside the US registered mail which is an extra $13.00. This would be optional. The US Post Office usually does a great job but I am not able to track an item without registered mail. If your item is not delivered, I have no way to find it so I cannot be responsible once I have delivered to the post office unless you take the option to pay for the registered mail. (11/08)
