The new KTS-4014 was designed with the cue makers in mind. The machine has 20mm shafts, anti-backlash nuts, 19 inch material capacity. You can freely cut a length of 40". The long direction T-sloted table top allows for easy adjustment of the tail stock. the machine can accurately position 0.00035" and has a anti-backlash nut.
+ New KTS-4014 Frame (Shaft linear motion), + leadscrews .200" pitch and anti-backlash nut.
+ Rotary Indexor, 4 jaw chuck, and tailstock.
+ Lathe, 4 jaw chuck, and tailstock, adjustable from 2" to 5in from lathe and 25 to 32". There is a break in the guide ways.

+ Porter Cable 892 precision collet kit with .125" and .250" bit capacity. Run-out of .0005"
