Gas Standard Tractor in real good condition. Runs and starts pretty good with quiet transmission. Sheet metal is good with the main mention being the bottom nose area but it does look to be usable that a body shop person could repair and use it if you were going to paint the tractor. Of the seven 430's models made the 430's is the fourth hardest to find and not a lot of them around, and my personal favorite style of all 7 models too.
Regular steering is average and on the loose side but not bad. 3-Point is not currently working up and down, but owner said it was up until recently and just the control arm itself needs attention. Also has the optional 24 rear Power Adjust rear wheels and tires hold air and rims are all in good shape. Manifold has hole in it so it will be a little noisy when you see it in the video at the link below. Things we notice on it to pass along include that it has the drawbar support but not the drawbar itself, the air cleaner is missing and 1 fender and one side battery cover missing, but all those are easy to find from $40-$90/each.
Block has no cracks or repairs Generator is on it. Late 1960 serial # 160282 with good tag. This # is within the last 1,000 ever made so this is just 814th from the end of the line of the last 430 ever made.

We also have here a real clean and good running Deere MT tractor for $1,700 firm, and also $1,700 for a running LA model coming in that sheet metal has some cuts in it and no serial tag, 12 volt electric start. And am getting in a running Deere M later next week with good sheet metal for $1,800.)
This 430 also has the very hard to find dual Touch-a-Matic which as you may know allows each of the 3-Point arms to operate independently or in parallel alignment for increased lift. In addition, when they took the video at the link below they did operate the PTO and on the 3-Point that's not lifting they did look at the levers and tried them but they also noticed the friction disk in between the levers is rotted gone so that maybe or probably has something to do with it.
