Units requiring service either warranty or otherwise should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. The manufactory warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts subject to the conditions set forth. To locate a service center near you, please refer to your product manual.

All returns require Return Authorization Number. RMA # does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. Have the following information in your request for RMA #:
1] Product must be in original factory box with all original packing materials.
2] All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories, cables & etc. must be included.
3] Original intact UPC barcode. Returns with missing UPC codes will not be accepted.
6] RMA # is good for 14 days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
7] All returns are for replacement only.
9] Freight charges are not refundable.

Defective product claims must be submitted within 14 days of the carrier pick up date (regardless of when you took delivery) and must be received 48 hrs prior of expiration time/date of the RMA#.
Defective products are replaced with the same product/model based on stock availability. If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $30 or 20% restocking fee will be withheld. Returns or exchanges not meeting the fore-mentioned policy & conditions are subject to final approval and will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee.
All products are subject to availability. We do our best to ensure all products represented in our listings are in stock. But occasionally a product may become out of stock or discontinued. If such event occurs full refund will be issued upon Client request.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for a product that was priced incorrectly or listed incorrectly, due to a typographical error.
