Nos johnson controls flanged 3" valve VG2231UL+823DOO
New Old Stock. Johnson Controls Class MP8000 air actuator and VG2000 flanged globe valve. The actual P/N is VG2231UL + 823DOO w/MP823D actuator. This is air actuated, max pressure is 25 PSI w/ spring return. Flow coefficient is Cv:80 date code is RY20605. Valve stroke is 1-1/8". Rated at 35 psig and 281 deg F for steam and 175 psig up to 150 deg F for water. Stem is 316 S.S. Plug is brass with Cast Iron 3" IPS pipe flanged connections. Stem packing is EPT ring packs.
This is still on the original skid, strapped in place just as it was when it left Johnson. Includes the manual, with parts breakdown for the valve and the actuator. There's a very small amount of surface rust on the unpainted flanges, but no pitting of the cast iron.
