This is a digital multimeter and a book in good condition. The book have a few litle marks in the front but the inside is good.
This book is about measuring electrical quantities - voltage, current and resistance - with meters. By making such measurements, we begin to understand the effects of electricity. Effects which , many times, we can neither see nor feel.
