Step 1 t-01=10, Sv01=25, (Sv02=100) C-01=0
Means : within 10 mins, start from 25 C heat up to 100C, Use PID type 1, which is a heating type PID , slot rate is 7.5C/mins
Step 2 t-02=13, Sv02=100 C-02=1
Means: Remain temp stable at 100C for 13mins
Means: active the J1 relay alarm output
Step 4 t-04=15 Sv04=100 C-04=0
Means in 15mins, increase temperature to 250C, rate is 10C/mins, use group 1 PID setting.
Means in 8 mins, drop the temperature from 250 down to 170, use the PID group 3.
Means control halt and set the temp in 170C, usd PID group 2
Means release the Jl relay contact
Base on above setting to the unit, the controller is up to 64 step programmable temperature/ Time setting, Finer temperature curve control can be set by adding intermediate step in shorter time.
