What it Does: Please ask if need more information
This was used in axial lead inserting machine, controling X and Y stepper motor movement
and up to 5 Inserting heads. The board has 5 outputs which we programmed to actuate inserting heads.
Out of 5 available inputs we only used one to start machine cycle. The machine is controlled via PC keyboard.
Other inputs, which we have not used, could be programmed for control of position, limits etc.
Menu driven Software V 2.1 allows means for inputing editing and storing X-Y data and Head selection.
It also has means of presetting Rumpup/down, start and maximum speed. Thus the system can be easily tested.
The program does not include 'Teach' feature. We included Source code V 2.0 which does not have all features of V 2.1
Included: Anaheim Dual Axis Indexer CLCI2000 single ISA slot
Mother Board with one ISA slot
Hard Drive loaded with menu driven control program
Not included are: Power Supply, Mouse, Keyboard and Monitor.
