The Agilent HP 8510A, Network Analyzer, provides a complete solution for characterizing the linear behavior of either active or passive networks over the 45 MHz to 26.5 GHz frequency range. The 8510A features "Real Time" error-corrected measurements, 50 dB effective directivity, 40 dB effective source and load match, 70 dB to 100 dB dynamic range and 0.001 db, 0.01 degree, 0.01 nS measurement resolution. For active device measurements, the test set includes the ability to apply dc bias (external) to the test port center conductors.

The HP 8514A S-Paramteter Test Set provides the capability to measure all four S-parameters of a two port device with a single connection over the 500 MHz to 18 GHz frequency range. The back has Extension A (in & out) and Extension B (in & out). The rear extantion are included in the HP 8514A.

THIS HP 8510A WITH HP 8514A NETWORK SYSTEM WILL NEED A HP 8350B SWEEP OCILLATOR WITH A RF PLUG OR A HP 8340A/B SWEEP GENERATOR FOR IT TO WORK COMPLETLY. IT IS A COMPLETE SYSTEM AND WORKS AS A SYSTEM.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT ANOTHER SELLER'S HP 8510A/B, YOU WILL NEED THE S-PARAMETER TEST SET AND HP - AGILENT ABOVE GENERATORS FOR IT TO FULLY WORK.
