A Blade and Matrix is a creasing method where a steel(2pt) blade with rounded leading edge is pressed into the card and impesses it into a lower c
oncave forming die strip called the matrix. for different stocks the width of the matrix must receive the blade width + twice the card width. So you will see that a single width of marix would not give satisfactory results on a broad range of stocks.The 2 matrix dimensions used on CreaseLine 33 will give these results
