This listing is for a used Class II B1 biological safety cabinet in excellent condition. Unit was turned on and blowers sounded smooth and quiet. Low-flow alarm was on indicating the filters need changed. The filters should be changed. Unit is in very good condition with only very minor scratches.
Class 2 , B1 means the following:
40% air recirculated; 60% exhausted from cabinet;
exhaust air pulled through dedicated exhaust duct into facility exhaust system;
all biologically contaminated plenums are negative to the room or surrounded by negative pressure plenums
