Triad-Ultrad N-66A Isolation Transformer, 230/115 vac 60hz Primary to 115 vac Secondary @ 2.71Amps.300w. About 4" wide, 4 3/4" thick and 5" high. Mounted on a flat aluminum chassis w/ terminal strip and four rubber feet. Has a line cord input and output socket. Weighs about 11 lbs. Removed from service, tested, and works fine.
