Viper 100% Printing Vision System
Introducing the most powerful vision system available for on-line inspection of printing and converting. The VIPER was designed to provide maximum flexibility with an easy to use operator interface.
Variable Data Printing Inspection
* High speed 100% inspection system for security printing.
* Capable of providing optical character recognition for human readable characters. The Viper can also simultaneously read and match 1D and 2D bar codes and check for sequence errors such as missing or duplicate serial numbers. Positional tolerance of variable printing can also be verified.
Pharmaceutical Printing Inspection
* High speed inspection system for pharmaceutical printing.
* 100% inspection up to 1,000 FPM with defect sizes as small as .005" with up to 12 cameras per system. Fully 21CFR Part11 compliant with full documentation and audit trial data.
* Real-time gauging and dimensional measurement
* Automatically measures the X and Y position of printing or die cutting and alerts the operator to out of specification conditions. The software also has the ability to measure the angle, radius and center and provide SPC data.
This is a 2 Camera System. Includes Computer (software loaded, dongle on back), 2 Cameras, and 2 LED Lights. The power supply for the LED lights is not present. Unit includes all items pictured.
Condition: This unit was put under power, powered up. Cameras need light to return an image, but we were able to visually see an image when the software was run. I'm unsure of the software version. There a pci card that has enough spots for 4 cameras, however this unit has been setup and run as a 2 camera system.
