This oven features quartz infrared heaters which provide faster and more consistent heating than standard heating elements. They are located both above and below the conveyor belt, allowing for more precise and even heating of your products. The convection system helps keep the stainless steel exterior cool, while also circulating pre-heated air into the toasting chamber.
There are controls for adjusting both the speed of the belt and temperature inside the oven, allowing you to bake a variety of different types of menu items. It is perfect for sandwiches, subs, or pizzas! The removable crumb tray allows for quick cleanup, while it's compact size takes up little of your valuable counter space.
