Missing something on an inspection is one of the biggest fears of most inspectors. Three out of four inspectors go home or to the office to complete their reports. Create a 2D sketch in the top right pane and Sweet Home 3D creates a 3D rendering automatically in the bottom right pane. Insert doors, windows, appliances and furniture from the library and they are put in the 3D rendering for you. When you are finished with your 2D drawing, you will be able to rotate the 3D image to see it from every view. Sweet Home 3D is included on the HomeTrex CD.

Q. What is the difference between this program and your other self-study courses?"
A. We offer a wide variety of courses to meet every need and every budget. Each course is different. Be sure to read the descriptions carefully. Some do not include certification or may include different software or educational materials.
A. No. We offer classroom courses but dates and times are limited and they do not include everything that is included in this special self-study course. We offer classroom courses in California, Michigan, and Ohio. Anyone interested in New York classroom courses should contact our affiliate Merrell Institute (Long Island).
Q. How long will it take to complete the course and the certification process?
A. The amount of time required to complete the certification process varies among individual candidates. We recommend planning to spend between 40 and 100 hours studying. Most candidates should be able to complete the process easily within 60 days. Many do the entire course in only one or two weeks.
