The Fiber Options' Series 170V Video Transmission System is a fiber-optic link for transmission of standard video signals, color or black and white. A basic system consists of one transmitter and one receiver for one way transmission over one fiber. A high-density system-up to 34 channels per 517R card cage, 30 per 515R card cage-consists of two transmitters/receivers per card for two-way transmission over two fibers for rack mounting only.
