Very nice Keithley model 2400 SourceMeter, with NIST Traceable Certificate of Calibration,
dated 12/16/2009, expiring 12/16/2010.
As measured data from calibration is included.
Unit is in very good overall cosmetic condition, just a few minor scrapes.
Powers up fine and works great.
