Brown collagen casing. These casings are made to be more durable to carry the weight of the meat when hanging on a smokehouse stick. They can also be used in making snack sticks that are not made in a smoker. Totally edible.
Stuffing Capacity: Approx 10lbs per strand
Measures 15 meters long (approx 50')
Finished product has tender bite.
Perfect for Deer, Venison, Beef, Pork snack sticks. Or a small sausge.
