I have a New In Box KEO #812 High Speed Steel Staggered Tooth Key Seat Cutter. The 812 is 1/4" wide X 1 1/2" diameter. It actually measures around 1.515" dia. (this is typical for the diameters to measure oversize on a woodruff cutter). It has a 1/2" dia. approximately 2" shank. The company I had purchased this from did grind a flat on the shank (see picture 3) but this cutter is otherwise New In Box. This cutter has 14 teeth.
