* Digital Display for Speed and Time
Variable-speed, microprocessor control provides consistent, uniform mixing action. Ramping feature slowly increases speed to set point for added safety. Independent LED display features speed and time. Timer will display elapsed time, or, when programmed to user-defined limit, will count down to zero and shut off unit. Audible alarm sounds when time reaches zero. Ideal for use in incubators, CO2 incubators, or cold rooms; shaker accommodates a 10 to 60 C ( 14 to 140 F), 80% relative humidity, non-condensing environment. Durable base is constructed of cast aluminum for extra stability. The triple eccentric drive features permanently lubricated ball bearings. The maintenance-free, brushless DC motor provides a long service life.
Included tray can be used as a platform for mounting Erlenmeyer flask clamps, test tube racks, or microplate holders. Tray features a nonskid rubber mat appropriate for holding petri dishes and cell culture flasks. Optional universal platform with adjustable rollers holds various vessel types such as volumetric flasks or separatory funnels. Universal platform measures 21.6Wx29.2Dcm (81/2x111/2"). The rollers open to 21.6cm (81/2") deep. Universal harness features four elastic bands and is suitable for holding petri dishes and microplates.
Ordering Information: Unit includes a nonskid mat for tray and a 2.3m (7.5') detachable, three-wire cord and plug. The 230V unit is supplied with a European-style plug. Units also come with a VWR five-year limited warranty on motor and drive mechanism.
