1 used cnc Jr. benchtop 3 axis milling machine. This machine was purchased in 2002 and was used in a tool room to cut plastic and model board. No metal has ever been cut on this mill. The mill was decomisioned in 2006 when the bussiness closed down, it was crated and put in indoor storage until now. The mill is in great shape having only been used a couple of times a week to cut tooling models,so the hours of operation are very low consequently all ways bearings belts and ball screws have very little sign of wear. The mill comes mounted to a custom made heavy duty stand with levelers and a built in cabinet below for tooling. Also included is asssorted spare parts, belts for spindle motor and steppers as well as all hardware to convert the mill into a manual machine, an older PC containing the software to operate the mill ,corel draw 6 ,and a keyboard the monitor is not included. This mill is a three axis machine but comes with a rotary axis that was used to cut cylindrical models and was connected to the Y axis when in use. Also included are the motor starter controls setup for 220 single phase. The mill can be shut off via the program file when the file has finished cutting. air solenoid was also tied to the motor control to shut off air supply to an air cannon to cool cutting bits valve and air cannon not included only solenoid. visit CNC masters .com for more details and specs or e-mail me with questions
