We bought it when it was 1-1/2 year old and never used it except some testing. We uploaded some files and put a pen in holder to check and as you can see in picture, it works great.
I will include a computer (monitor shown in picture is not included), loaded with D Cut software, Cut master pro plug in for Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. You pay $100.00 additional for monitor.
