Condition = Used/Good, Overall body has some nicks, dings and scratches (see photos), the rotating spindle anvil is in excellent shape with no cracks or chips, the stationary anvil does have a chip in it.
Checked at 1.000 and 2.0000 and it is reading correctly at those diameters.
Someone has engraved ST-C-248 & A2 & S.P.P. A-2 MEX-1x2-11 on the frame & A-2 on the end of the thimble.

The spindle lock is working correctly.
The ratchet thimble is working correctly.
