1000 Epcos Thermistors - Brand New
High Quality, Nickle wire w/silver plating
For anyone that may not be familiar with thermistors, they are a solid state, variable resistance device. Their resistance range is quite wide depending on the ambient temperature. But contrary to a normal metallic conductor, the resistance increases as the temperature goes lower (this is referred to as a negative temperature coefficient or NTC).
Each one is 30 millimeters long. The wire is nickel with a silver plating and PEEK insulation. The thermistor pill is epoxy coated
The nominal temperature range is 25 to 128 C. The nominal resistance at 25 C is 2796 ohms and 81 ohms at 128 C. Please see the resistance/temperature table for specific values.
