This is a vesitle upright heated cabinet featuring 2 glass doors for a pass thru operation. Provides heated holding with moisture control. Great unit for either prooofing breads and dough or serving, display merchandising cooked products. This unit is in very good working condition. Measures: 7' tall x 3'wide x 30" deep. 208 volt. The prior owner used this for proofing bread dough and said it was excellent! It could also be used for catering or as a hot food merchandiser.Built by "Barbeque King" it features:
