Slide latches to hold top closed are broken. There is also a screw or something small rolling around the inside of the hinged front section.
Unit powers up, can't generate a trace....but that doesn't mean anything. I'm not a scope person.
These have stickers and packing slip pouches on them. We will remove as much as possible, some sticky residue might be left.
